• For this years April Fool's prank, Adult Swim inserted fart sound effects into their shows. This included Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG, Fullmetal Alchemist, Chuck Norris: Karate Kommandos, and Mr. T. Due to March 31st falling on a Friday, and Cartoon Network taking over Friday nights, the prank was moved to the next day at 11:00pm, instead of the usual midnight.
• The Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG episode "Trans Parent" premiered with fart effects inserted, due to April Fools. The episode was reran later that night at 12:30am, but was normal without the fart sounds, since it was a new episode.
