Adult Swim premiered in Latin America on October 7, 2005 as a programming block on Cartoon Network. When it left Cartoon Network on November 19, 2007, instead of becoming its own channel like its American counterpart, the block was simply moved to I.Sat where it aired until December 1, 2010.

On November 2, [[2014], Adult Swim returned to Latin America through the TBS channel in Brazil only and was then brought back to I.Sat on April 3, 2015 but this time in English and with Spanish subtitles. The block also began airing on the TBS Hispanic signal on January 6, 2018, however, in January 2020 it was removed from the channel's programming on all its signals, including Brazil. It then began to be broadcast on I.Sat until it ended again on April 16, 2020.

However, Adult Swim began airing on Warner Channel from May 2, 2020 to November 8, 2021.

As of June 29, 2021, the majority of Adult Swim's library is included on the HBO Max streaming platform.
