Changes: Characters who have died

Adult Swim characters have suffered many deaths over the years, due to the cartoonish nature, and elastic continuity of the series' most deaths are reset by the next episode and the character appears alive as if nothing ever happened.

Master Shake

Crushed by a giant Meatwad in "Balloonenstein"
Hit by a bus in "Revenge of the Mooninites"
Struck by lightning in "Dumber Dolls"
Blown up by Frylock's lasers in a simulation in "Super Birthday Snake"

Other Characters

Boost Mobile Phones - One by explosion in the center of the Earth, two after having a large rock thrown on them.
Darkwing Duck - Cooked at a Chinese restaurant.
Presto Change-O - Stabbed in the head by Brock Samson.
Scamp 1 - The first dog to die on the moon.
Space Ghost - Supposedly. Conan O'Brien brings up that he has to have died in "Fire Ant," but Space Ghost rejects this insisting that he's always been dead.
