Colonial Man is the manager of the Burger Trench restaurant that employs the Aqua Teens as their mascots in the Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode "Baffler Meal". When Space Ghost ran up a huge bill at his restaurant because he thought food was free (it isn't), he forced him to employ the Aqua Teens on his show. He also apparently has a classic rock band, who perform a song about the restaurant a the end of the episode.

His first appearance was in the episode "Snatch" informing viewers that they can buy the ending of the episode on eBay. His scene was cut from subsequent airings.
