Commander Andy is a Space Ghost Coast to Coast fan and "video pirate" who appears in the episode "Freak Show." He constantly takes over the show, interrupting Wylie Gustafson's interview to pester Space Ghost about the show, in reality he appears to live with his mom. He also wants a bunch of free stuff, along with his cousin Herndon (Matt Maiellaro).
