Dr. Mrs. The Monarch

Shelia Fitzcarraldo, better known as Dr. Mrs. The Monarch and formerly Dr. Girlfriend, is the secondary antagonist of the Adult Swim series The Venture Bros. She is known by several names. She is the assistant and wife of The Monarch. Her real name is Sheila. There are rumors that she is a trans woman due to her deep voice (Which is the result of a smoking addiction since 1989), but it is not confirmed and her voice seems onto to be due to the bad condition of her lungs/throat. There were times where she tried to start the life as an independent supervillain, but to little avail. She has her own henchmen, named Tim-Tom and Kevin.
