Synopsis[]

Fena is escorted by Otto and Salman, who aided her in her escape, and reaches Goblin Island, a lone island surrounded by mist; Fena meets Frantz's old friend Yukihisa and is tasked with solving the mystery behind the stone her father left behind.

Summary[]

Fena awakens on a boat in the middle of the ocean with Salman and Otto and her dog, Brule. Just then an island appears in the middle of the water, Goblin Island.

On the island Yukihisa Sanada introduces himself to Fena and Salman. He explains how he became indebted to the Houtman family, after Franz Houtman (Fena's father) showed his ancestors a kindness. On the night of his death, he gave [[Yukimaru a stone, and instructed him and his kin to protect it with their lives. Yukihisa has interpreted this to mean protecting where the stone came from, though his true meaning is not clear. He believes Fena may have the answer, but she is sure that she doesn't and never get any word about it from her father.

The next day Karin shows her around, their first stop is the automatic hammer that she designed, however she loses Fena quite fast, as Fena admires the Bows made by Makaba, before being introduced to Shitan. She gets an impromptu lesson on how to use a Bow-and-arrow. Yukimaru again mentions the stone and that it had to be be important for her father to give his life for it.

after their talk, she uses yukimaru's sword to cut her hair, and announces to Yukihisa that she remembers one word hger father told her, "Eden."

Her and everyone she's met today (and the dog) then set sail (sort of) in a submarine designed by Karin. Except for Salman and Otto
