Episode 103: Bar-Baral

Synopsis

Determined to inherit her father's journey, Fena and the samurai embark from Goblin Island; they stop by the free town of Bar-Baral to procure resources where Fena comes across a product identical to the stone her father had left behind.

Summary

The gang travels along in Karin's submarine, Bonito II, and attempt to discuss plans. Fena wants to buy some new clothes, which they'll be able to do at their next destination. Bar-Baral, a free city. They decicde who gets to stay and watch the ship and Yukimaru gets left behind.

Tsubaki attempts to keep everyone together, but Fena and the twins have disappeared. They hed out to clothing stores to grab Fena some new garb. They then fine a familiar stone in shop, thought the shop owner tries tgo haggle the price for a night with Fena, Enju instead trades him a lighter that Karin made. Foir the trade the old man also gives them information about where the stone came from. Fena decides they have to follow this lead as her "pirate senses" are tingling.

While continuing their walk, they encounter Maxiver Jr., and his gang of pirates. They soon find themselves surrounded until Yukimaru makes the save. Yukimaru manages to get Fena out of harms way, but trakes a direct shot from Hannah's rifle. Back on the boat, Fena, Kaede and Enju get read the riot act by Tsubaki who has Makaba fling them over board.

Meanwhile, Maxiver, bound in chains gets thrown overboard as Cody informs him that his services are no longer required.
