Gillian is assistant to the CEO of Sebben & Sebben, Birdgirl (and Judy Ken Sebben). She's very dedicated to her job, both as the CEO's assistant, and to keeping Judy's identity as Birdgirl a secret (despite Judy's own laissez-faire attitude towards it). This causes her to over work herself in "Thirdgirl," taking on two alternate personalities, and then with the help of a energy drink, growing two extra heads. She's also bad at idioms, and when Judy tells her "don't move," she literally refuses to move in "The Wanky."

Despite this, she doesn't appear to be a member of "The Birdteam."
