Hinae Hibajiri

Hinae Hibajiri is the mother of Hidomi Hibajiri, who appears in FLCL: Progressive. In contrast to her daughter's "tsundere personality", she's very outgoing, and excitable. She's the owner of Cafe Hibari, and even gives Julia Jinyu a job at the cafe to make up for running Hidomi over.

In the episode "Fool on the Planet," she decides t shut down the cafe, which Hidomi reveals she was keeping open, as they wait for her father to return, but she's given up waiting.
