Julia Jinyu

Julia Jinyu is an alien woman who appears in FLCL: Progressive. Throughout the first episode she's seen spying on Hidomi Hibajiri, and at one point attempts to straight up kill her when she begins "overflowing." Similar to Haruko she wields a guitar with a lawnmower pull string, and uses her car in a similar manner too.

At the end of the episode Hinae Hibajiri gives her a job at the family cafe, to "make up" for her earlier attempted vehicular manslaughter.

In the next episode, she attempts to warn Hidomi to stay away from Haruko, and meets up to fight her at Ko Ide's house with her car.
