Kari Wahlgren (Born July 13, 1977) is a voice actress, known for more than a hundred roles in cartoons, anime and video games, her first being that of Haruko from FLCL. She reprises her roles after fifteen years. She provides the voice of Jessica in Rick and Morty and other other characters.
