Megan Taylor Harvey (Born June 30, 1992) is an American voice actress known for roles in English anime dub productions produced by NYAV Post. Her other credits include Hisami Hishiishi in R.O.D. the TV, and Li-fen in Street Fighter V. In FLCL: Alternative she voices Kana Koumoto.
