Michael Ryan Cusack (Born 25 October, 1990) is an Australian animator, voice actor, writer and director. He is the co-creator, along with fellow animator Zach Hadel, of the Adult Swim animated series, Smiling Friends and the creator of YOLO.

Career

Early Life

Cusack grew up watching South Park, The Simpsons and Futurama, as he got interested in animation in his 20's and taught himself using Adobe Flash to make animations and created his YouTube channel to post his content and he met and collaborated with Zach Hadel.

His Work

Cusack animated a parody Rick and Morty episode, Bushworld Adventures, that aired on Adult Swim on April Fools' Day of 2018. In 2020, his solo work he created on Adult Swim is YOLO, he’s the co-creator and voice various characters. His next new project is Smiling Friends along with Hadel. Cusack is known for voicing Pim, Alan and various characters.
