Naruto

Naruto is an anime series directed by Hayato Date and produced by Studio Pierrot for the Tokyo TV channel in Japan, premiered on October 3, 2002, while in Latin America it premiered on Cartoon Network on January 1, 2007. The series It is based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto for Shonen Jump magazine. The series was a resounding success worldwide, both economically, socially and culturally, leaving a legacy as one of the most important manga in history. The show also aired in the United States on Cartoon Network as part of its Toonami block on September 10, 2005, and ended its run on January 31, 2009.

Then it returned on December 1, 2012 until September 6, 2014 on Adult Swim.

It started airing on Toonami Rewind on May 31, 2024 until November 29, 2024.

The show started airing reruns on Boomerang, part of Toonami since July 7, 2025.

Synopsis

It tells the story of a hyperactive, unpredictable and loud teenage ninja named Naruto Uzumaki, who eagerly aspires to become Hokage, the highest ninja rank in his village, with the purpose of being recognized as someone important within it.
