Phil Ken Sebben is the president, director and co-founder of the law firm Sebben & Sebben. In the original series, he worked as head of the Government and International Security (And as Chief of Birdman), under the name of Falcon 7. He is recognized for his blond hair, dark suit and because he still has a patch that covers one of his eyes. The firm co-founded at 26 with his twin brother Bill, from whom he distinguishes because they both use the opposite patch. As in the original series, it gives Birdman orders; But due to their somewhat upset character, some of these are not the most correct. He makes crazy decisions or only those that suit him and is sometimes unfair to his employees (Such as when he wanted to increase the company's budget by convincing employees to sell opium). His most notable characteristic is laughing after saying a double-meaning or nonsensical phrase, followed by a short joke or witty witticism, as in the fifth episode, where it is shown that his arm had been twisted behind his back after falling from a building. When he gets up, he tells someone passing by: Lady, I need a tug. Ha ha ha!... dislocation. He has a lot of vision problems: he is blind in the eye that his patch does not cover and according to him, he sees things on the left 3 feet farther away than they really are, so he has to count. This issue led to Birdman's death in the final episode of the series, when Phil ran him over with a bus that crashed into a building and then confirmed the fact by showing everyone Birdman's blood, causing everyone to laugh, as always happens at the end of most episodes. Apparently, he died in episode 35 of the series, Babysitter, so his daughter Judy took over the management of the law firm.
