Richard Dicko Mather is an voice actor, animator and musician most notable for voicing The Twins in Superjail!, although he has voiced other minor characters and provided character layout in its second and third seasons. He had also worked on background layout and storyboards starting in the third season, although he went uncredited for the later work.
