Rotten is a snowman made out of trash created by Charlie, and Allan. While he's just a normal snowman, he gains sapience once Pim adds a daffodil growing out of Mr. Boss' radioactive waste. Pim shows him what it means to be alive, and then accidentally introduces the concept of death to him. He doesn't take this well, and screams for several days, and then gets placed in the freezer, where he can live forever.

He likes this, until realizing that he can't do much in the freezer, so Pim finally takes him to the beach, where he melts and becomes one with the ocean.
