Sonny Sharrock (August 27, 1940 – May 25, 1994) was a jazz guitarist who began performing in the mid-60's. One of the last projects he worked on was creating the theme song to Space Ghost Coast to Coast in November 1993. He would die six months later of a heart attack on May 25, 1994 in Ossining, as he was on the verge of signing his first major label contract. The episode Sharrock was dedicated to him.
