Superjail is an american animated series produced by Augenblick Studios. It is currently being aired on Adult Swim (Late night on Cartoon Network) and was created by the talents of: Christy Karacas, Stephen Warbrick, and Ben Gruber. Plot
The show always begins with Jacknife doing something criminal and Jailbot stopping him and taking him to Superjail. Then there is a plot where something happens at the jail and later a killing climax which ends usually with a odd/ironic ending. Main Characters
- The Warden is like a Willy Wonka on acid. He Runs the Jail and many times has schemes that develop the plot in a given episode.
- Jared is the accountant and is a workaholic for the Jail. Suffers from alcoholism and other addictions due to his 15 years of depression.
- Alice is the security guard in enforcer of the Jail. She(in debate) seems to be the most aware of whats going on at the jail. She is also known to tease and torcher convicts from which she gets her joy.
- Jailbot is the robot that gets the new convicts and is always catching Jacknife at the begining of a given episode.
- Jacknife is the convict always causing trouble at the beginning of every episode. He seems to always escape during every episode.
