Tansut is one of Space Ghost's most ruthless enemies in the original series, a cold and very violent spaceship looter. Now, he is depicted as a nervous and cowardly elderly man, whose greatest fear is that Space Ghost will shoot him with his power bands. Tansut is a member of the Council of Doom. He twice failed to replace Moltar as program director. He was dedicated to introducing Space Ghost and his guests at the beginning of the fourth season episodes, until Space Ghost fired him.
