The New Big Ball With Neil Hamburger was a proposed spin-off to Adult Swim's Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!. The show was first mentioned in a July 2008 article in The New York Times, along with another Awesome Show spin-off, Check It Out! With Dr. Steve Brule.

The show was described as a surreal game show series starring Neil Hamburger, a recurring actor from Awesome Show. Eric Wareheim described it as a mix between "Japanese bizarre game show and The Price Is Right." The show's pilot was scheduled to air sometime in 2009, but a date never materialized.

Cancelation

In July 2009, star Neil Hamburger posted a Myspace blog with an update about the show. He reported that the pilot had been completed, but that after veiwing the pilot, Adult Swim was not satisfied with the final product and the plug was pulled on the project.

The pilot was never aired, and there are no plans by Adult Swim to air or release the episode in the foreseeable future. It is considered all but lost, and may never be seen by the general public.

Update:

Tim Heidecker tweeted the following on September 12, 2013:

"You asked for it! The New Big Ball Game Show pilot with @NeilHamburger is coming to the web soon!!!"

On November 7, 2013, the pilot was released at http://video.adultswim.com/the-new-big-ball/index.html.
