Toshio Shioya is a college student and photographer who appears in the FLCL: Alternative episode "Grown-up Wannabe." He dates Hijiri Yajima, until breaking up with her after running into Haruko Haruhara at a Kebab truck. Kana Koumoto, Mossan, and Pets confront him in the parking lot of Karen Shudo after the break-up, which he assumes is them showing up to give him back the necklace he gave Hijiri. After being hit by Haruko a very tiny car pops out of his head.
