Waka Blocka Blaow is a proposed character by the TV Executives at PBS, to sell products to kids. They suggest Mr. Rogers introduce kids to this character, who they show singing the first version of Bustin' At Em, which causes him to snap. During Rogers' own version of the song, he snaps Waka's neck. Waka bares resemblance to his voice actor, rapper Waka Flocka Flame and Fozzie Bear of The Muppets, who's catchphrase Wocka Wocka, inspired the rapper's name.
